Everything runs through the Pet Ops client portal, right from your phone's browser — no app to install. You'll get daily wins, real training video, and measured progress the entire time your dog is with us, whether you're in San Antonio, Austin, or anywhere in between.
Will I get to meet the trainer?
Yes. You'll meet Tate at drop-off, again at graduation pickup when he walks you through every command in person, and at your 1-week and 3-week follow-ups after your dog comes home.
What if my travel schedule slips?
Boarding wraps around your pickup date, so a shifted travel schedule doesn't leave your dog stranded. We'll work with you to line up pickup with your drive back to San Antonio or Austin.
